With over 20 years of clinical experience in Rehabilitation and Fitness fields, Noah is attentive, compassionate and understands the needs of an individual who is in pain. Paul received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University, which included clinical training in Sydney, Australia with a leading manual therapist combining McKenzie, Maitland, Muscle Energy techniques and the latest in Neurodynamic techniques. While down under, Paul participated in training the highest level paramedics in New South Wales, Australia, to determine appropriate referral of patients suffering from non-traumatic lower back pain and thereby decrease the systemic load on Hospital emergency departments. In Boston, he developed in conjunction with The Aphasia Resource Center at BU a modified Tai Chi program for Adults with a diagnosis of stroke with Aphasia, demonstrating the physical and cognitive benefits of Tai Chi/ exercise.

Paul’s career has taken him from NYC at The Mount Sinai Sports Therapy Center, to Detroit in the Oakwood Health System and back to NYC at The Mount Sinai Beth Israel Center for Health and Healing, joining the movement towards integrative medical care. Paul learned a lot in his time at MSBI-CHH as part of one of the premier integrative medicine departments in NYC. It was a unique opportunity for collaborative health care that directly benefited every patient by allowing practitioners to learn from each other in ways that enhanced each practitioner’s professional skills within each scope of practice. Paul also enjoyed contributing to the preseason injury prevention testing/training for the Harlem Wizards organization.

Paul is always looking to enhance his clinical tools and is working towards a certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT). He continues studying and educating on leading research in Pain Science and training in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention.

Physical Therapist

Dabie is a highly motivated and committed physical therapist with more than 12 years of experience in the management of musculoskeletal conditions. She has a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal and Sports Rehab & has expertise in rehabilitating adolescents & adults with Orthopedic injuries. She enjoys working with people from different backgrounds, with the objective of creating a positive difference in their quality of life and function.

Upon gaining experience in India and completing her Master’s degree, Dabie received a postgraduate scholarship program at the Allied Health Institute, Singapore. This opportunity allowed her to be part of a team where she closely collaborated with physicians, specialists and other allied health professionals, all working together towards patient-centered goals. She gained extensive experience in managing back & neck injuries, sports injuries, pain management, Women’s health, and post-operative rehabilitation. 

Dabie continues her professional learning through clinical workshops and has attended courses in Singapore, Australia and Bali. She has an advanced certificate in manual therapy and is pursuing her interest in advancing her myofascial technique.
